Kept tight rein on expenses to keep budgets within NYS tax cap

Worked closely with Chief Benson to craft and implement NYS-mandated Police Modernization Plan
Collaborated with Highway Superintendent Fisher on road paving and drainage priorities
As liaison to Zoning and Planning Boards, personally helped usher in new businesses to Hyde Park
Reduced risk of flooding in the Staatsburg hamlet
Working with local partners to re-open river access at Mills-Norrie and re-open bridge to Roger’s Point
