Over the past 10 years, the Rohr administration has secured over $11 million in grants to improve Hyde Park.  Funds from federal, state, county and private sources allow the Town to implement projects that make our community a better place to live and attractive to investors.
Obtaining grants requires planning, partnership, and creatively matching Hyde Park’s needs with agencies’ funding priorities.  Once the grant is received, the real work begins, carrying out the project effectively and in compliance with all requirements for reimbursement.
Some of the projects below have been implemented, and some are in the works.  We hope to continue in office so we can bring more projects to life.  If projects are not carried out swiftly and skillfully, the funds will be lost and reallocated to other communities.
